I ended up uninstalling version 2 as well, I wish they would continue having the gadget version beside the v2. I found the gadget version easier to use and manage. Uninstalled as well. New version was tehnology major step backwards. Old version wasn't really functional but it was kind of neat.
Who ever decided to dump the gadget in favor of an stand alone application really didn't understand the audience at all. Asus also has the gadget at their support site. The file works techno,ogy non asus computers, as it is Intel's gadget.
